See the first Disney Princess and the Frog Posters

The first Princess and the frog movie poster has been unveiled, featuring the beautiful Princess Tiana (voiced by Anika Noni Rose). The movie is highly anticipated by Disney fans across the globe, the release of the first poster has really built a hype and a realisation that this amazing classic musical style animation will be on our cinema screens before we know it (Due for release December 111th 2009).

In the poster you can see the evil Dr. Facilier, Mama Odie the good voodoo priestess, Ray the firefly, Louis the jazz trumpet playing alligator and JuJu the pet snake. For the latest Disney Princess film the producers and directors have gone back to the original classic Disney 2d style hand drawn animations, bringing back the magical and beautiful atmospheres we know and love them for.

First look at The Princess and The Frog Merchandise

The first selection of toys, dolls and dresses from the Disney animation The Princess and the Frog have been revealed at the latest American International Toy Fair in New York City. The lead actress Anika Noni Rose who voices Princess Tiana, was there to show off the stunning items based on the characters from the film.

Disney’s newest princess, Princess Tiana is set to be the hottest present this Christmas, as Disney try to recreate the magic seen in the 80s and 90s with classics like The Little Mermaid and Aladdin. No doubt the dresses on display at the toy fair will be one of the most desired items by every little girl, the Princess dress range is already one of the most successfull ever.
